Large rooms, traditional and delicious breakfast. Friendliness of staff, shuttle to the station. Particularly good location to Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings.

Stayed in a well-equipped room with a great view. The friendly service and shuttle to shinjuku station far exceeded our expectations.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The gym and swimming pool were great, and it was a nice bonus for us as bike riders. Spending a little extra for a room with a view was totally worth it.

It's an experience to stay at the Park Hyatt Tokyo and I recommend it if you don't have budget problems. We found it expensive for what it is. Still, it's clear we're talking about a top-notch place. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, European style, comfortable, modern and clean. The hotel is located between the 41st and 51st floors of the building, so we have excellent views of Tokyo in all of them. In our case we had a view to the west and we could make out Mount Fuji on a clear morning. The breakfast buffet is of excellent quality but not very varied.

It is well located in the center of Tokyo, but about 15 minutes away from the two nearest subway/train stations, so you can't say they are just around the corner. In any case we assume that those who stay at this hotel do not usually travel much by subway.

The room had a stunning view, especially at night with all the beautiful lights. The staff was very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and attractions within walking distance. Plus, the amenities in the room were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We encountered a rude staff member who made derogatory comments in another language, not realizing we understood. It was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience that dampened our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

The staff here are incredibly polite and kind, the deluxe king room is modern and spacious, and there's a wide selection of delicious breakfast options available.

I had a great family experience at Park Hyatt Tokyo. We stayed in the Park Suite and were delighted by the beautiful view of the city from our room. The room service was fantastic, especially the pad Thai, which was unexpectedly delicious. The hotel's rooftop was also a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The proximity to the metro station was convenient, allowing us to explore the area easily. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Tokyo.

By and large, it was stylish place with patient staff from the room service to the duty manager. Everything was simply first-class.

The rooms are nicely styled, spacious, and come with baths, great views, and Aesop toiletries.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel during our city trip. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist us. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. The views from the room were breathtaking, with panoramic views of the city and even Mt Fuji. Additionally, the hotel had great amenities and facilities, including a gym and pool, which added to our overall experience.

The only downside was that some of the decor felt a bit dated. However, this didn't really affect our enjoyment of the hotel and was more of a minor observation.

Convenient location, just a 10-15 minute walk from The Eye of Shinjuku. It's situated in a nice area. The breakfast they serve is fantastic, including yogurt, omelette, and sausages 🍳.

This hotel is in a beautiful area, located within walking distance of Shinjuku station, making it a convenient choice for exploring Tokyo. The attention to detail is evident, with basic amenities such as quality tea and coffee, Aesop products, and even bath salts provided in the room. The rooms on the 50th level offer outstanding panoramic views, including the possibility of glimpsing Mt Fuji. In addition, the breakfast included in our rate was absolutely delightful, with a gorgeous view to start the day.
