The room had a stunning view, especially at night with all the beautiful lights. The staff was very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and attractions within walking distance. Plus, the amenities in the room were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We encountered a rude staff member who made derogatory comments in another language, not realizing we understood. It was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience that dampened our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel during our city trip. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist us. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. The views from the room were breathtaking, with panoramic views of the city and even Mt Fuji. Additionally, the hotel had great amenities and facilities, including a gym and pool, which added to our overall experience.
The only downside was that some of the decor felt a bit dated. However, this didn't really affect our enjoyment of the hotel and was more of a minor observation.

The hotel where I stayed was impressive and the staff provided great service. They gave me complimentary amenities which I really appreciated. The location was also convenient as it was close to a popular train station. I also enjoyed the stunning views from my room.
There were some unexpected costs and some of the services were expensive. I felt that the hotel could improve their pricing strategy.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a drug store that came in handy when I needed some cough drops. It is also very close to a train station, making it easy to travel to the Shinjuku station. Furthermore, there is an international clinic nearby where I could get antibiotics.
The breakfast options were limited and could be improved.
